El apartamento Liceo-Ramblas se encuentra ubicado a 5 minutos del Liceu, al lado de las Ramblas y de la Plaza Cataluña, en pleno casco antiguo de la ciudad de Barcelona, concretamente en el barrio del Raval.

Parada de metro más cercana: Liceu (L3) y varias líneas de autobuses que le llevan a cualquier parte de la ciudad.
El apartamento tiene mucho encanto y está completamente reformado. Dispone de 40 m2 distribuidos en una habitación doble, un baño completo con bañera, salón comedor con sofá cama y acceso a balcón y una cocina integrada. El edificio está equipado con ascensor.

El apartamento dispone de los elementos de confort habituales y de todo el equipamiento que usted pueda precisar durante su estancia: televisión, aire acondicionado y calefacción, secador de pelo, plancha y mesa de planchar, menaje para preparar té y café, microondas, lavadora. También ponemos a su disposición una selección de cristalería, cubertería, vajilla y todos los utensilios de cocina que pueda necesitar durante su
estancia.

• Guests scheduled to arrive in Barcelona before this time can arrange to leave luggage at the property before checking-in (subject to availability).
• Guests arriving between 21:00 and 23:00 must pay EUR 25 in cash at arrival time.
• Additional Compulsory Cleaning Fee (not included in the final rate): 60 Eur

Payment policy:

A non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. Once we send you the information needed to pay the 30% of the total amount of your stay, you will have 48 hours to send us the bank transfer notification or the form authorising the payment via credit card. During this period, we will provisionally block your selected apartment. Should we fail to receive the payment information we will cancel the booking.

Deposit:

Upon arrival we will ask you to pay a deposit against damages, which will be fully refunded on departure provided there are no damages to the apartment. The deposit will vary between 300 and 500 euros depending on the length of your stay.
