Apartament Laberint is a newly built, bright and charming apartment. The open plan reception and kitchen area benefits from natural light and the private balcony offers wonderful views of Plaza Prim.

Apartment:

The spacious sitting area has two sofas (one of which is a sofa-bed), dining table, four chairs, television and high speed internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, cafetière, toaster, iron and ironing board. In addition, all kitchen utensils are available as well as crockery and glassware. The bedroom’s furniture can be modified to meet your requirements of either a double bed or two twin beds and it includes four wardrobes. The well appointed bathroom contains a bath. The flat is equipped with air conditioning and central heating and the building has a lift servicing all floors.

Location:

The apartment is located in a tranquil square in the traditional neighbourhood of Poblenou, an area which keeps its original charm from its past as a fishermen’s district. The centre of the quarter as well as the beach, the local market and supermarket are all only a few metres away. The closest metro station is Poblenou (L4 – yellow line) which is only four streets away. Plaça Catalunya, right in the centre of Barcelona, is less than ten minutes away by metro.

IMPORTANT:

• Guests can check into the apartments between 15:00h and 23:00h limit time.
• Guests scheduled to arrive in Barcelona before this time can arrange to leave luggage at the property before checking-in (subject to availability).
• Guests arriving between 21:00 and 23:00 must pay EUR 25 in cash at arrival time.
• Additional Compulsory Cleaning Fee (not included in the final rate): 60 Eur

Payment policy:

A non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. Once we send you the information needed to pay the 30% of the total amount of your stay, you will have 48 hours to send us the bank transfer notification or the form authorising the payment via credit card. During this period, we will provisionally block your selected apartment. Should we fail to receive the payment information we will cancel the booking.

Deposit:

Upon arrival we will ask you to pay a deposit against damages, which will be fully refunded on departure provided there are no damages to the apartment. The deposit will vary between 300 and 500 euros depending on the length of your stay.
