Apartment Central Barcelona is a newly renovated, large apartment in best area of Barcelona that allows a lot of sunlight in from its 2 balconies. The apartment is located in a quiet street 100 meters from the Catalan Music Palace, a marvelous Teather Hall with daily plays from lyric to modern concerts. 

The central location of the Apartment Central Barcelona allows you to reach some of the main tourist attractions in 5 minutes, such as Ramblas Cataluña Square, The Barcelona Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Santa Maria del Church, Passero de Gracia, the Borne Suburb and others.

• 4th floor apartment, without elevator.
• One twin or double bedroom plus a double sofa bed in the living-room.

• There is a direct bus to Barceloneta Beach, perfect for families. 
• With its variety of shops you will be able to find all you need for your stay within a short walking distance from the apartment.
• Metro: Line 1. Plaza Urquinaona (Red Line).

Additional costs:

• Cleaning: 1 up to 3 pax: Eur 35.00. 4 pax: Eur 40.00
• Late Arrivals: Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 - extra charge of 25 Euro. Arrivals between 23:00 and 01:00 - extra charge of 40 Eur
• Lost keys: An extra charge of 30 euro to replace them.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• - An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
• - An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card - Visa or Master Card - or via bank transfer, never check.
• - The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash.
• - Reservations less than 250 Euros needs 40% downpayment of total charge. Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them.
• - A 200 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat (From 4 people: 150 Eur, from 6 people: 200 Eur, 7 up to 9 people: 250 Eur)
• - If client needs to change check out date it will be necesary to advertise it to us 7 days before to arrange total charge of reservation, if not we we will keep it.

Special Note:
It is essential that the client provide accurate contact details (email and phone numbers). If the apartment owner is unable to contact the client the booking may be cancelled.
