Apartment City Center is a newly decorated, cosy, 1 bedroom apartment, situated in the heart of the city center, with a capacity for 4 people.

Apartment City Center is situated on the 2nd floor and is fully-equipped with the following facilities: 

• Spacious living area with table area and a big sofa bed.
• TV. 
• DVD.
• Double bedroom.
• Independent kitchen with fridge, oven, washing machine, iron and all you need to prepare coffee, tea and any meal.
• Fully-equipped bathroom with shower.
• Two little balconies overlooking the square Castilla (with special rate parking). 
• Air conditioning. 
• Heating.
• A lift.
• Sheets, blankets and towels included.

Additional cost for later arrivals
after 9:00 pm - Eur 20.00;
Additional Cleaning fee: Eur 30.00

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance + Eur 30.00 for cleaning cost is to be paid in cash in the apartment.
You will be able to cancel without charges until 30 days before your arrival. Between 30 days and 15 days we will keep the 50% and between 15 days and the arrival day and in case of no-show we will charge the 100% of the total acommodation cost.

	Apartment 1-2 people (+ 2 nights): Apartment for 1 or 2 people with double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen fully equipped, complete bathroom. Taxes included room price per night from: € 70  book now!

	Apartment 3 people (+ 2 nights): Apartment for 3 people with double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen fully equipped, complete bathroom. Taxes included room price per night from: € 75  book now!

	Apartment 4 people (+ 2 nights): Apartment for 4 people with double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen fully equipped, complete bathroom. Taxes included room price per night from: € 79  book now!
