Apartment Gothic Avinyó (Ref. 10041) is situated in the heart of the Barri Gothic, the most exclusive and historic area in Barcelona. 300 metres to the Cathedral, 300 metres to the Rambla, and 10 minutes to the beach. 

Other nearby attractions include the Picasso museum and Plaza del Rei. This apartment is in a two hundred year listed building, but new refurmished on 2004. It's also across the street from an old Palace which used to be owned by a count.

The apartment comprises four bedrooms: 2 bedrooms have the option of 2 twin beds or 1 double bed in each one, other 2 bedrooms have 1 single room and 1 single sofa bed. In the living room you will find one big double sofa bed.

The maximum sleeping capacity is 7 people with 90m2

Additional cost late arrivals:

• Arrivals between 23:00 and 01:00 - extra charge of 40 Eur.
• Lost keys has a charge of 30 Eur.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• - An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
• - An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card - Visa or Master Card - or via bank transfer, never check.
• - The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash.
• - Reservations less than 250 Euros needs 40% downpayment of total charge. Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them.
• - A 200 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat (From 4 people: 150 Eur, from 6 people: 200 Eur, 7 people: 250 Eur)
• - If client needs to change check out date it will be necesary to advertise it to us 7 days before to arrange total charge of reservation, if not we we will keep it.

To lose the keys has a charge of 30 Eur
