Apartment Sants is a self-catering apartment, located in a very pleasant, up-market part of Barcelona beside Sants, Left Eixample and Monjuïc, 10 minutes from the city centre. 

Apartment Sants has been recently renovated and is a really nice 65 square metres apartment, with a kitchen, bathroom, sunny balcony, sitting room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds. Sleeps up to 6 people.

It is located at Badal street, a very lively avenue. Close to all the tourist places.
Tourist attraction: Camp Nou, Parc de l' Espanya Industrial, Plaça Espanya, Parc Joan Miró, Fira de Barcelona, Poble Espanyol, Montjuic.

• Additional cost for late check in or check out between 23hrs to 7hrs: 20 Euro.

• Additional Cleaning Fee: 40 Euro.

Location:
Near Sants Train Station, Camp Nou, Parc de l'Espanya Industrial, Plaça Espanya and Montjuïc Fairground.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 40% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival
If the cancellation takes place in the 2 months prior to your arrival date, the owner will return the amount of the pre- payment, minus expenses (up to 20%).
If the cancellation takes place within the 2 months prior to your arrival date, the owner will always try and reach a reasonable agreement, but will be only compelled to return the amount of your transfer, minus expenses (up to 20%), in case he has been able to rent the apartment at least, under the same conditions.
