Apartment Mestre is a brand-new apartment on the 5th floor of a XIX century building is located in the "Born," which is considered one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Barcelona. The building was fully restored in July 2002 and now includes an elevator that leads directly into the air-conditioned apartment. Two balconies with colourful flowers facing pedestrian streets fill the apartment with warm Mediterranean light.

Many wonderful sights are visible from the apartment terrace including the Cathedral of Barcelona, the church of "Santa Maria del Mar" and the Tibidabo. The apartment is divided into two spacious rooms. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a double shower. The living room, with a sofa bed, leads into an open kitchen with all amenities.
