Apartment Traviata is located in one of the most attractive streets in central Barcelona, just meters from the Palau de la Musica, an emblematic modernist building and concert hall. It occupies the entire second floor of a four storey building that was completely renovated in 2004.

Each apartment is designed to a very high standard with a fully-equipped American kitchen. It also has a full bathroom including shower and bath, a double bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed.

Apartment Traviata has a maximum capacity of 3 people, unless a family group.

Additional cost for late arrivals:

• after 18:00 - 20 Euro.
• after 22:00 - 35 Euro.
• after 01:00 - 50 Euro.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee: 50 Eur.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 10% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. A 200Euro deposit is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat. Additional cleaning fee: 50 Euros

after 01:00 - 50 Euro
Cancellations:
1. If a client cancels his reservation at any time, a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount will be applied. This amount is NON refundable.
2. If a client cancels between 60 - 29 days, the cancellation charge will be 30% of the total amount.
3. If a client cancels between 28 - 14 days, the cancellation charge will be 50 %.
4. If the client cancels between 14 days and 0 days the cancellation charge will be 100 %

	Apartment 1- 2 people (+ 2 nights): Apartment for 1 or 2 people with 1 bedroom with double bed + living room with sofa bed + kitchen equipped + bathroom. Taxes included apartment price per night from: € 120  book now!

	Apartment 3-4 people (+ 2 nights): Apartment for 3 or 4 people with 1 bedroom with double bed + living room with sofa bed + kitchen equipped + bathroom. Taxes included apartment price per night from: € 143  book now!
