Apartments Cosmopolitan are a group of newly renovated apartments located in the heart of the city centre, on a side street off the famous Ramblas. You will be able to enjoy your stay in a perfect central location within walking distance of all major highlights of Barcelona with easy access to metro. 

All apartments are perfect to stay with a family or a group of friends. Since there are more apartments in the same building it’s very good to stay with bigger groups. If you have a special event where you need to accommodate a large group, call our sales reps and let us help you organise your accommodation up to 76 people in the same building!

Cosmopolitan are divided in 3 bedroom apartments and 4 bedroom apartments.

COSMOPOLITAN A are spacious 3 bedroom apartments with typical Catalan high ceilings sleeps up to 8 people. 2 bedrooms have double beds (1 x 140 cm and 1 x160 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom.

COSMOPOLITAN B are spacious 4 bedroom apartments with the typical Catalan high ceilings sleeps up to 8 people. All 4 bedrooms have single beds that can be pushed together and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room with adjoining kitchen.

Payment policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit 10% is required to complete your booking. Another non-refundable booking charge of 10% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in CASH.

Additional cost for late arrivals:
after 20:00 - 20 Euro
after 23:00 - 35 Euro
after 02:00 - 50 Euro

Additional compulsory cleaning fee not included in the final rate: 60 Euro per apartment

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the case of refunds, please note that bank charges incurred during the operations outside the month of the reservation payment will be charged to the customer.
