Catalunya Apartment is located in the very center of Barcelona, between the old town and the most beautiful street where modernism is at its heigh: "Paseo de Gracia". Catalunya Apartment is in a strategic location because you will have the rare privilige to participate into the centre's animation without been disturbed by the urban noise due to the calmness of the little square on which this apartment is.

Catalunya Apartment can hold up to 6 people in its 80m2. It has 2 large bedrooms with 2 double beds, a living room with a double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The city center is well connected with all the points of the city by many subway lines, bus and train. The nearest metro station are Universitat (L1 and L2) and Catalunya (L1, L3, L6 and L7). There's an "Aerobus" station that takes you to/from all airport terminals.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Eur 200.00 deposit will be hold from your credit card by the owner at check-in and will be returned if no damage has been done in the flat.
• A  non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This charge will be made directly by the owner into your credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash or by credit card on arrival.
