La Ciudadela Barcelona is family-run and was inaugurated in 2005, it's a very popular Hotel. The staff are very friendly and will be happy to assist you with anything.

Picasso Museum is very close to La Ciudadela Hotel. His Blue and Rose periods are the least represented here. But this Museum offers one of the most extensive Picasso collections.

Hotel La Cuidadela Location
La Ciudadela Hotel is located in the corner of Ciutadella Parc and the Lluis Companys gardens. It is very well situated, only 100 meters from the Metro and bus station.

This Hotel is also in the Gothic Quarter, Borne (famous for its' nightlife and shops), near the Picasso Museum, Plaza Catalunya and a few meters from the beach.

How to get there:
El Prat Barcelona International Airport has three terminals.

• Terminal A: for foreign airline departures and international arrivals.
• Terminal B: Spanish airlines departures and European Union arrivals.
• Terminal C: Air Shuttle flights and General Aviation.

Regardless of the destination or origin of the flight, the plane may arrive at any of the three terminals. The passengers could access (by an air-bridge or remotely by bus) a different baggage reclaim lounge on the ground floor. You will find eight baggage reclaim carousels in terminals A and B. There are only two baggage reclaim carousels in terminal C. All luggage pick-up halls give direct access to the general arrivals hall.
