Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 300.00 deposit by bank transfer is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned by the same way once you check out, if no damage has been done in the flat.
Additional cost late arrivals:
Arrivals after 19:00 from Monday to Friday - extra charge of 45 Eur.
Arrivals at any time during the weekend - extra charge of 45 Eur
Additional Compulsory cleaning fee: 40 Euro
Timetable: Monday - Friday from 10.00h to 14.00h and from 15.00h to 19.00h
Check-in could be earlier than 15:00h if available. Please, contact the apartment.
Cancelation Policy:
- If you cancel the reservation 30 DAYS before your arrival date you will have to pay the first accommodation night.
- If you cancel the reservation 7 DAYS before your arrival date you will have to pay 50% of the total accommodation cost.
- if you cancel the reservation 48 HOURS before your arrival date you will have to pay 100% of the total accommodation cost.
