Sants Apartment is a roomy Duplex located in Sants (Plaza España, Eixample) with a capacity for up to 6 people. 

Sants Apartment offers the following set up:

Top Floor

• 3 Double bedrooms: one standard double room, one with a bunk bed and the last one with two single beds.
• A complete bathroom (shower and bathtub)

Lower Floor

• Fully equipped kitchen

• A small toilette

There is an independent entrance to the ground floor with a small comfortably accommodated yard. Sants Apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and heating.

Location:

This district is one of the most extensive and highly populated areas of the city. It stretches upwards from Gran Via and Plaza Espanya, one of the most important transit points of the city to the other major transportation hub, Sants train station. Plaza Espanya lies on the edge of Montjuic, the small mountain that overlooks the modern port. This area received a special boost during the Olympic Games of Barcelona in 1992, and is where the Olympic Stadium is found as well as the Palau Sant Jordi, the Museu National Art Catalunya (MNAC), the Poble Espanyol, and the Fundació Joan Miró.

Nowadays, Plz.Espanya hosts the exhibition site where most of Barcelona's congresses and fairs take place. On the other hand Sants Station is currently the main train station in Barcelona, as much for national and international routes. The main commercial artery of the zone is the Creu Coberta street, which has probably got the greatest concentration of shops and stores in the city.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
• A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner at check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
• An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in CASH on arrival. No credit cards accepted for balance on arrival.

At your arrival to the apartment you should pay the owner of the apartment the remaining balance, cleaning fee and security deposit, all in cash, if this is not made, you will not be able to enter to the apartment.

Rate does NOT include:

• Cleaning fee of €40,00 applies to each reservation.
  
• Parking is not included in the price and costs €25,00 per day.
• Baby cots are available upon request and free of charge.
