Immensely popular with locals and visitors alike, guests can choose from a varied menu offering all that is best about Irish food, with only the best of local product used. Carlo’s also offers a mouth-watering and carefully chosen wine list, accompanied by a varied selection of spirits, liqueurs, and beers.

Guests can enjoy drinks in the hotel’s magnificently restored Georgian drawing room, the aptly named O’Connell Room which overlooks O’Connell Street and offers guests a pleasant environment in which to relax and unwind after a busy day of shopping and sightseeing.
