The newly developed Shamrock Lodge Hotel offers 32 deluxe bedrooms, 8 superior bedrooms and 12 executive suites.
All deluxe and superior rooms and executive suites are spacious and mirror the hotel?s tasteful elegant style.
Our executive suites have two well appointed bedrooms, one double and one twin room with television in each. The very spacious living area is equipped with Sofa bed, plasma screen television and telephone. In total, our executive suites will sleep 6 people. The adjoining kitchenette area has a fridge, tea/coffee facilities and microwave.

Warm and welcoming Décor complete with excellent bar service by our friendly and courteous staff can be enjoyed in the Iona Bar, which overlooks the gardens. Enjoy our live musical entertainment every weekend, which covers a spectrum of styles to suit all tastes.

Our Palace Bar is located opposite Athlone Castle on the Left Bank area of Athlone and is recognized as a landmark which combines Old World charm with style. There?s a DJ every weekend. The Palace Bar is also home to the Athlone Folk Club.

Enjoy a unique dining experience in the quiet and peaceful ambience of the An Luain Restaurant. An Luain is renowned in the midlands for its excellent cuisine and complete with conservatory makes this the perfect location for small private lunches or dinner parties. In our function room we can cater for all occasions such as christenings, family gatherings, business lunches, group tours and dinner dances. Our Banqueting Suite, beautifully designed and carefully planned for Weddings is spacious and modern.

Shamrock Lodge Hotel offers meeting rooms that can cater for 2 to 400 people. We can organise state of the art conference facilities from audio-visual equipment with high-tech support from our Conference Manager. It is an excellent location for any business meeting or conference as it is easily accessed by all major routes, buses and trains. The town has many attractive additions such as sight-seeing, golfing and cruising on the river Shannon. You can mix business with pleasure in the scenic centre of Ireland.
