Bar & Restaurant:
The Ivy Bar - a good lively atmosphere in the evenings, with an extensive Bar Food Menu that runs daily from 12pm-9.30pm. Serving the best in local produce, we offer a broad selection of tasty dishes for all appetites. Guests can enjoy a range of Irish, European and International dishes. We also offer hot and cold daily specials.

The Watermarque Restaurant - our Fine Dining and A La Carte Restaurant. Our Chef creates a menu of the highest quality from the tradition of Irish cooking but with a modern, delicate touch. It combines a contemporary, design led interior with a cosy, comfortable ambience - the perfect place to dine on a special occasion, or for any sort of get together with friends and family.

Local information:
Cahersiveen town is half way round the renowned Ring of Kerry, the most scenically beautiful drive in western Europe and lies at the foot of Beentee mountain, on the river Fertha overlookingValentia Harbour.
The Liberator Daniel O' Connnell (1775-1847) is the towns most famous son. The writer Sigerson Clifford was also born in the town and his poem "The Boys Of Barr Na Sraide" has been immortalised in song. The town contains many ancient anchoritic sites (heritage sites). Five of these are seen close to the town.
Traditional fairdays or market days are still held on the streets where young and old, visitors and locals meet and chat. A visit to Cahersiveen ensures intimate bars, superb food, excellent accommodation and a wide range of shops.
Cahersiveen as a base in the heart of South-West Kerry offers a painters paradise. One has the opportunity to savour, an Environment so rich in colour and beauty, that one would be forgiven for thinking, it's a Universe all of its own. With the "famous Cahersiveen Welcome" you won't be a stranger for long. The Heritage centre is situated in the old Royal Irish Constabulary Barracks adjacent to the town centre.

• The carefully restored Barracks is arguably one of the most picturesque, nesting in the beautiful South Kerry landscape & providing services such as restaurant, craft workshops, audio-visual display, display of archaeological remains and a tourist information point.
