The Walled Garden (2,3 or 4-Bedroom Luxury Lodges)
Built into the walls of the original Walled Garden, these homes are a surprising combination of old and new,
finished in contemporary style the walled Garden provided a sophisticated setting for that ideal break. The
Walled Garden is situated directly beside the Farnham House Hotel with its restaurants and bars conveniently located just across the front lawn.

The Orchard (4-Bedroom Luxury Lodges):
A revelation in contemporary style and designed with entertaining in mind the large 233 sq.m 4 bedroom lodges are beautifully located in a mature orchard. Huge living rooms open to expansive decking, overlooking a landscaped courtyard garden making these homes perfect for entertaining both inside and out. The accommodation sleeps up to 8 in 4 double bedrooms.

The lodges are equipped with everything you would expect in 5* self catering homes. From fully fitted modern kitchens with American size fridges^ to fluffy white towels in the bathrooms, the lodges provide all the luxuries required to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.

Directions from Dublin:
From Dublin, take the N3 through Dunshaughlin, Navan, Kells and Virginia. As you approach Cavan Town, go straight through the roundabout (N55, signposted Athlone, Town Centre). Keep on this road where you will pass Cavan Crystal Hotel and Breffini Football Park. As this roads winds into town you will come to small set of traffic lights where you go straight through. Almost immediately you will come to a small roundabout ? take the left hand exit towards Killeshandra/Crossdoney (R198). Approximately 1km from there you will come to a fork in the road where you keep left. Continue along this road, where you will pass Cavan Golf Club on your right hand side and approximately 1km from there you will arrive at the entrance of the hotel also on your right hand side. When you turn into the avenue, there is approximately 1.7km drive into the estate.
