Apartmento Atocha Casa Encendida is located in the sixth floor of a building next to Reina Sofia Museum and at five minutes walking from the Prado and Thyssen Museums, ot the House of Representatives. If you stay on a Sunday you can walk to see the traditional Rastro Market. Capacity up to 5 people. The apartment, with 90m2, has a room with double bed, another bedroom with double bed and single bed. In both there are closets. Both bathrooms, carefully decorated, are the entrance of the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. But what will attract more your attention is the terrace (10 meters), where you will able to rest, enjoying an incredible perspective of the city. Two complete bathrooms. (one with bathtub and the another one with shower) Atocha and Embajadores metro stations are at short walking distance, and it has direct access to city buses. Five minutes from Atocha Railway Station. Towels and bed linen are included. Pets are not allowed. Children under 2 years old are free. Baby cot (on request). Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat. Additional compulsory cleaning fee Eur 50.00 (besides in stays over 7 days, it will be compulsory at least one more cleaning). Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 21:00 hrs to 7:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00 Cancellation Policy: To cancel a reservation has a cost. This cost will depend on the pre-advise timing. Cancellation should be done by mail and it needs to be confirmed by CATCH THE FLAT. The cost will be: - 10% of down payment if you cancel prior to 90 days to arrival date.
- 30% of down payment if you cancel between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% of down payment if you cancel between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of down payment if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
In case of reservations totally paid, percentages will be based on whole amount. Any change in booking dates or change of apartment will be understood as a cancellation. As an exception following its own criteria, will allow to change the apartment, if the new one is not occupied in the days of booking. IMPORTANT: No matter the reason for cancellation, 30% down payment will be subject to cancellation policy. In case of fully prepaid reservations, the same conditions will apply.
