Apartment Chueca Hortaleza is a cozy one bedroom apartment located in the heart of Chueca District and very close to the Gran Via Avenue and Puerta del Sol.

Apartment Chueca Hortaleza has a nice lounge with a balcony to the street, with a comfortable sofa-bed and a dining table for 4 people. All the rooms are independent through a long corridor. It has a big bedroom with double bed and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed with double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, diswasher, frigde, microware cooker and all the utilities. The master bedroom, with a double bed, is very big and quiet because its window overlooks a quiet patio, with no noise from the street. The building has no lift.

Compulsory cleaning fee: 40.00 Eur

Include the initial cleaning just prior to arrival. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we offer our cleaning services (only for stays more than 1 week) for an additional cost of Eur 40.00 and includes a complete change of towels and sheets.

Additional cost late arrivals:
Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 - extra charge of 30.00 Eur
Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 - extra charge of 50.00 Eur

Additional cost early check out:
Check out between 07:00am and 09:00am - extra charge of 30.00 Eur

Payment Policy:
An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. A 200 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the booking with more 30 days, you will be charged the first night´s accommodation cost.
If the client cancels the booking with less 30 days, you will be charged two night´s accommodation cost.
