Chueca area is at the forefront of design in Madrid. It's located a few minutes from the Plaza Mayor, Gran Vía, the popular shopping street of Fuencarral or typical areas of Madrid such as Malasaña and La Latina. Towards the north it links with the Plaza Colón and the Paseo del Prado. Here you will find the three main museums of Madrid: the Reina Sofía, the Prado and the Thyssen Bornemiza, as well as the Paseo de la Castellana, one of the main arteries through the city.
Payment Policy:
An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.
Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
