Apartamento Delicias 102 are located in the Arganzuela district, in a primarily residential area. It is located very close to the historical city centre and just meters away from places of interest such as, the Atocha train station, the Ferrocarril Museum or the Prado Museum in the Paseo del Prado.

The owner does not accept hen or stag party group bookings.
You are required to pay a cash only security deposit of 100 EUROS upon your arrival (double if you come with a pet).
We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you at your departure if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damage in the apartment.
