Attic Retiro Atocha is a quiet duplex penthouse has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated by the owners using quality materials. It gets lots of natural light through its big windows with views to all the town centre from the 6th floor. It is a very quiet apartment with no noise from the street. This sunny and bright sleeps is ideal for couples or families: master comfortable bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with a bunk. Spacious lounge with two sofas one of them double sofa-bed, an independent fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and full set of dishware, and a complete bathroom. You will also enjoy free internet broadband connection, as well as TV, CD Player and DVD Player. The temperature can be adjusted with heating and air conditioning. Atocha is the city main national train station, you will only need about 25 minutes to get to Barajas Airport, principal over ground station and plenty of underground lines, buses and national coach station). Some of the most important touristic and cultural spots in the city are within walking distance, such as Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen museums, Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol. On Sundays the famous flee market El Rastro at only 10 minutes walking form the door. Underground Stations: Atocha (Line 1), Atocha Renfe (Line 1), Palos de la Frontera (Line 3), Mendez Alvaro (Line 6), Embajadores (Lines 3 & 5), Acacias (Lines 3 & 5), Delicias (Line 3) Baby cot (on request): Eur 20.00 per stay. Additional Compulsory cleaning fee: 60.00 Eur Include the initial cleaning just prior to arrival. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of Eur 60.00 and includes a complete change of towels and sheets. Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 - extra charge of 30.00 Eur

An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. Or if you prefer, you can pay with credit card, but in this case, it has a 4% additional of commision. On your arrival, you will be asked for a authoritation for credit card collection signed. We will keep the authoritation during your stay and we will not charge anything if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment (7 days to check all is ok). Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the booking with more 30 days, you will be charged the first night´s accommodation cost.
If the client cancels the booking with less 30 days, you will be charged two night´s accommodation cost.
