Chueca Friendly Apartment is a clean, modern apartment, situated in the heart of Chueca. Only a 10 minutes walk down the Gran Via and Alcala street can take you to Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor or, heading in the opposite direction you can make your way to Paseo de la Castellana, the Biblioteca Nacional or to Museo del Prado at roughly 10 minutes.

Chueca Friendly Apartment is a modern spacious apartment. The entrance is joined to a fully fitted independent kitchen containing a fridge, microwave, vitroeramic cooker and all cooking necesities.

• From the long corridor with it´s two huge windows you enter the living room area with a flat screen TV.

• The double bedroom contains a wardrobe. The full modern bathroom with a walk in shower and WC is beside.

• The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

How to get there:
The nearest metro station is Chueca (line 5).
From the airport: line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, change to line 10 to Alonso Martinez and here changing again to line 5 to Chueca.

Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival by cash. You are required to pay a security deposit of Eur 150 before your arrival day by paypal directly to the owner. We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you at your departure if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment. Additional cleaning fee: Eur 24.00
