HOW TO BOOK AN APARTMENT WITH US

• Some apartments have a minimum stay of 3 nights
• Prices denpendo on your travelling dates and number of people
• Apartmens include:
• Furniture
• Fully equipped kitchen with: Chinaware, cooking utilities, appliances
• Fresh clean linens, including sheets, towels, dishcloths, napkins and table cloths
• We indicate if there is a heating and air conditioning or fans
• Electricity, water and gas (included in price)
• Cots and high-chairs (upon request)
• Normally they wont give you soap for the washng machine, or amenities for the bathroom
• They normally ask for an extra deposit as insurance

1. Check the availability in our calendar, select arrival date and departure date, number of people and the system will quote you a price and take you to the book online form.
2. Booking confirmation and payment:

• You will need to complete a book on line form with your personal information and if you have any special request
• To process the booking, we will ask you to charge a deposit for the reservation in your credit card
• We remind you this deposit is not refundable
• After finish your reservation you will received a confirmation in your email adress
• In this confirmation will be included the information to contact to the responsible person who will wait for you at the apartment and the specific way to pay the balance of the reservation
• Keep in contact a few days before your arrival to ultimate last details
• Each apartment has a different way to book, you will be provided of all information at the moment of making your booking
