Spain produces some of the word's finest
olive oil. Make sure you look for Virgen
extra (cold pressed, extra virgin). Normally
olive oil in Spain also lists the acidity
on the bottle. In general, lower acidity is
better.
The shops on this page sell olive oil (almost)
exclusively. You will also find excellent

and cured meats delicatessen.
