The hall is an enormous space to relax during the day and that becomes a sleeping area for two people with double sofa bed during the night. Around the hall the spaces are distributed, separated harmoniously by curtains to create different atmospheres. If a big space is needed the curtains can be opened, and everything becomes a huge hall with high ceilings.

The kitchen is a charming place with all necessary to cook. The dining area is placed in between the kitchen and the living area. Next to it there is a nice design complete toilet with shower.

The dormitory area consists in a double bed with great dressing area and wardrobe. Next to this big sleeping room, there is a small independent space with an individual bed. The light thorough the apartment comes through the small terrace, with direct access.

Location:

This Quarter Huertas is almost the most ancient of Madrid. Plaza Santa Ana and Calle Huertas are well known because of its nightlife. It extends from the Puerta del Sol to Calle Atocha and descends to the Paseo del Prado. This area is also called Barrio de las letras because it has great theatrical activity and because its streets are named with the names of the authors of the Golden Age, Cervantes, Lope Vega, Quevedo and Góngora, who lived in these streets. It is said that Góngora lived in the current Calle Leon and the rest in their respectively named street. This is an emblematic area of Madrid culture: Ateneo (street Huertas), the Circulo de Bellas Artes (Alcala corner), the Spanish Theatre and Comedy Theatre. It is also adjoined to The Spanish Congress of Deputies.

Very well connected, it is close to several urban buses and a couple of subway stations: Atocha and Anton Martin (Line 1). In addition, it is five minutes away from Atocha Railway Station (High velocity trains and local lines)

Payment Policy: 

An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee Eur 50.00 (besides in stays over 7 days, it will be compulsory at least one more cleaning).

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 21:00 hrs to 7:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00 

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel a reservation has a cost. This cost will depend on the pre-advise timing. Cancellation should be done by mail and it needs to be confirmed by CATCH THE FLAT. The cost will be:
