Antonioni apartment is on the third floor of an old building recently restored situated in Madrid city centre. It consists of a comfortable room with double bed and built-in cabinet, a second room with a bed and built-in cabinet, a living room with sofa double bed and dining table for six, independent and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It is an ideal apartment to enjoy the flavour of Madrid, in addition of being one step away from the area of Huertas. Capacity for up to 5 people.

Anton Martin is one of the most typical areas of Madrid . In the city centre, just a few minutes from the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Santa Ana and the area of the museums (the Reina Sofia, El Prado, the Caixa Forum and Thyssen- Bornemisza). It’s an area full of bars, restaurants and above all. Likewise, the neighbourhood has a range of shops and the subway station Anton Martin is just 200 metres from the apartment. In addition, some 400 metres, are the Ideal cinemas with movies in original version and the Theatre Calderon. In the area we can also found several small alternative theatres to know. Going down the Atocha street we get the Atocha train station, the most important of the City with the AVE trains to Seville and Barcelona.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 40.00

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
