Apartment Atocha/Huertas is a just renovated 55m2 apartment that will captivate the visitor due to its quiet location in the centre of Madrid. It is one of our apartments placed in the cultural heart of Madrid.

Capacity for up to 4 people

The entrance to the apartment gives access to a living room with an ample sofa (that can become a double bed at night). The living area has two balconies that provide the apartment with a lot of natural light. Next to the salon, an open kitchen, fully equipped and with a big window.

The flat also has a separated sleeping room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Everything is recently restored and soils are wood.

The apartment is placed in the second floor (with lift) of a nicely renovated building, a typical example of Madrid Hapsburgs’ quarter architecture. The location in Atocha street, but kept away from the agitation of surrounding streets, makes this apartment a privileged haven.

Location

Very well connected, it is close to several urban buses and a couple of subway stations: two minutes from Anton Martin (Line 1) and five from Sol (Lines 1, 2 and 3). In addition, it is 15 minutes away from Atocha Railway Station (High velocity trains and local lines).

Payment Policy:

An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required
by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee Eur 40.00 (besides in stays over 8 days, it will be compulsory at least one cleaning more).

Additional cost: 30.00 € (Arrivals or departures from 21:00h-7:00h, Sundays or Bank Holidays)

Cancellation Policy:
- 10% of down payment if you cancel prior to 90 days to arrival date.
- 30% of down payment if you cancel between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival date. 
- 50% of down payment if you cancel between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of down payment if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

In case of reservations totally paid, percentages will be based on whole amount. Any change in booking dates or change of apartment will be understood as a cancellation. As an exception following its own criteria, will allow to change the apartment, if the new one is not occupied in the days of booking.
