The district of Lavapiés is a multicultural area. Only 200m from the apartment is the Centro de Arte Dramático Nacional Valle Inclán, whilst in the Plaza de Lavapiés can be found a large supermarket offering everything you might need. 

Only 10mins away on foot is the Reina Sofía Museum from which you can continue, through the Paseo del Prado, onto the Prado and Thyssen Museums. On the other hand, if you travel to Tirso de Molina, the streets of Magdalena and the Plaza de Tirso bring you straight to the Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 30.00

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
