Apartment Chueca is a comfortable apartment located in the district of Chueca near Fuencarral street at the cultural center of Madrid in an area surrounded by restaurants, bars, markets and shops of all types and 5 minutes from the Gran Via.

Location:

Apartment Chueca is located in the famous district of Chueca, right in the center of the capital, near all the important tourist sites. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, markets and shops of all types, 5 minutes from the Gran Via and 10 minutes from the Puerta del Sol. All the tourist tours are walking distance.

NOTE: In your confirmation email for your reservation you will have contact details to pick up the keys.

Payment Policy:

An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on arrival.

A 150 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat.
