Coen Apartment is a 75m2 brand new apartment situated in the cultural zone of El Matadero, close to the Tierno Galvan Park. In this new district, at the end of Embajadores Street, you can find the Planetario de Situado. Capacity for up to 6 people.

Coen Apartment is ideally located for exploring the most traditional tourist areas of Madrid, being located only 2mins from the new "El Madrid" Cultural Centre. From the metro station of "Legazpi", the traditional district of Lavapiés (hosting the famous Rastro flea market) is only a few steps away.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 50.00

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.

	Apartment 1-2 people (3 nights min.): Apartment for 1 or 2 people with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + 1 with two separate beds)+ living room + fully equipped kitchen + 2 complete bathrooms. Taxes included Apartment price per night from: € 80  book now!

	Apartment 3-4 people (3 nights min.): Apartment for 3 or 4 people with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + 1 with two separate beds)+ living room + fully equipped kitchen + 2 complete bathrooms. Taxes included Apartment price per night from: € 100  book now!

	Apartment 5-6 people (3 nights min.): Apartment for 5 or 6 people with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + 1 with two separate beds)+ living room + fully equipped kitchen + 2 complete bathrooms. Taxes included Apartment price per night from: € 150  book now!

	Apartment 1-6 people (1 month min.): Special rate for stays longer than 30 nights Apartment for 5 or 6 people with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + 1 with two separate beds)+ living room + fully equipped kitchen + 2 complete bathrooms. Taxes included Apartment price per night from: € 70  book now!
