Apartment Dos Hermanas is a sunny quiet apartment in the Latina area of Madrid just 10 minutes walk to the famous Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace and the Museums Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia. The area is quiet but full of restaurants, tapas, bars, theatres, shops, museums and cinemas. The apartment with capacity for 4 people (70m2) has three bedrooms (one with double bed and two individual rooms), independent kitchen fully equipped and a complete bathroom with shower. The apartment is also fitted with air conditioning and CD, TV and DVD equipment provided. It is only 15 minutes from the apartment are all the maint tourist places, such as the Royal Palace, Opera, Puerta del Sol and Sabatini Gardens. Nearest metro stations are Latina and Tirso de Molina (lines 1 and 5). Baby cot (on request): Eur 20.00 per stay. Compulsory cleaning fee: 40.00 Eur Include the initial cleaning just prior to arrival. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of Eur 40.00 and includes a complete change of towels and sheets. Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 - extra charge of 30.00 Eur

Check out between 07:00am and 09:00am - extra charge of 30.00 Eur Payment Policy:
An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. Or if you prefer, you can pay with credit card, but in this case, it has a 4% additional of commision. On your arrival, you will be asked for a authoritation for credit card collection signed. We will keep the authoritation during your stay and we will not charge anything if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment (7 days to check all is ok). Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the booking with more 30 days, you will be charged the first night´s accommodation cost.
If the client cancels the booking with less 30 days, you will be charged two night´s accommodation cost.
