Gran Via Apartment is a 60m2 flat that offers you the pleasure of a rest with amplitude in the centre of Madrid. This apartment, placed in Fuencarral Street next to the Madrid Gran Via, will allow you a relaxing stay in a very special environment, a walk away from everything that matters downtown.  Ideal to lodge a couple. Capacity for up to 3 people. 

Gran Via Apartment has a spacious living room fully equipped, comfortable and with details of good taste. It includes a dining area. The apartment offers an independent kitchen with all you need to cook.

In addition, the apartment has a sleeping room with a queen side bed, a wide wardrobe and the possibility to add an additional sleeping bed. There is a complete bathroom, with a bathtub.

Located in the second floor (it has a lift) of a recently renovated building it is quiet and has plenty of light. It has air conditioned and it is perfectly prepared both for tourist short stays or businesses travellers.

Location:

The location is privileged in Madrid, in Fuencarral Street, next to Gran Vía, in the very historic Madrid. It is a step away from Chueca district and most cultural and tourist amenities downtown (Cibeles Square, Recoletos Alley, Prado Museum). The quarter has some of the trendiest restaurants in town and, a few minutes away, lively nightclubs.

Payment Policy:

An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required
by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee Eur 40.00 (besides in stays over 8 days, it will be compulsory at least one cleaning more).

Additional cost for arrivals after 20:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00 and departure in bank holidays additional cost: Eur 30.00

Cancellation Policy:
- 10% of down payment if you cancel prior to 90 days to arrival date.
- 30% of down payment if you cancel between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% of down payment if you cancel between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of down payment if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

In case of reservations totally paid, percentages will be based on whole amount. Any change in booking dates or change of apartment will be understood as a cancellation. As an exception following its own criteria, will allow to change the apartment, if the new one is not occupied in the days of booking.
