Apartment Latina Embajadores is located in a recently refurbished, quiet, building in the beautiful Plaza del Cascorro. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people and has a very central location. Close to the historical Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, this is the ideal area for anyone wanting to get the most out of the Spanish capital. Services & facilities: - Two exterior balconies facing the street.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed.
- Large living room with 2 sofas, one of which converts into a bed which can sleep 2.
- The living/dining room is decorated in cheerful Mediterranean colours and has a TV, DVD, CD player and Internet.
- Full bathroom with a shower.
- Large kitchen has all the amenities: washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.
- Heating.
- Air conditioning.
- Fresh linens and towels are provided.
- Free internet connection ADSL.
Additional costs: - Baby cot.
- (on request): 20 euro per stay.
- Compulsory cleaning fee: 40 euro.
- Include the initial cleaning just prior to arrival. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of Eur 40.00 and includes a complete change of towels and sheets.
- Late arrivals:
- Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 - extra charge of 30.00 Euro.
- Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 - extra charge of 50.00 Euro.
