Apartamento Latina Mayor is a 120m2 completely refurbished apartment located in La Latina neighborhood, in Madrid centre. It has a separate bedroom, separate kitchen with access to the living room, whit a fully equipped kitchen, and TV. Apartamento Latina Mayor is an interior apartment located on the basement. It is located in a typical building in the old quarters of Madrid and it has been completely refurbished giving it a feel of antiquity and modernity at the same time. Capacity for up to 7 people.
There are one double bed and 2 single beds. There is also a sofa-bed in the lounge which can accommodate 2 more guests, plus another extra bed for a seventh person.

Location:
La Latina is a traditional neighborhood plenty of Madrid typical food restaurants. The area is very quiet. You will find the "Mercado de la Cebada" with a great variety of fruits, vegetables, meats and fish. On Sundays the area is transformed into the RASTRO MADRILEÑO place.
Payment Policy:
- An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. A 150 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat. It will be deduct from this deposit the cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations should be made AT LEAST 7 DAYS before your expected arrival time. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost.
Additional compulsory cleaning fee:
1 up to 4 pax: Eur 50.00
5 to 7 pax: Eur 75.00
Additional fee for arrivals after 20.00h : Eur. 30.00
Additional fee for arrivals after 00.00h: Eur. 50.00
