Luxury La Latina Apartment is an elegant and modern apartment located in the heart of Madrid, just a few minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and Puerta de Toled. An unforgettable place for your vacation or business stays.
The neighborhood of La Latina is a is a multicultural area, near to Puerta del Sol, part of ancient Madrid.
This traditional neighborhood is plenty of Madrid typical food restaurants. Strange places coexist to lodge and many places for the night life. It is a monumental zone surrounded for some beautiful churches and accompanied always by an environment of a very authentic neighborhood.
Additional Costs NOT included in the final rate:
- Late arrivals after 19:00hrs: Eur 30.00
- Compulsory cleaning fee: Eur 30.00
- Addtional optional cleaning fee: Eur 40.00
-An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
-If your stay is less than 7 days: An additional booking charge of 50% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or www.paypal.com. The other 50% must be paid to the owner 7 days before the arrival date the same way.
-If your stay is longer than 7 days: An additional booking charge of 30% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or www.paypal.com. The other 70% must be paid to the owner 7 days before the arrival date the same way.
PLEASE NOTE: the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them. You should make the pre-payment within 7 days once you have made your booking. If you fail this, the owner can cancel your booking.
You are required to pay a cash only security deposit of Eur 250.00 upon your arrival. We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you at your departure if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damage in the apartment.
