Palacio Apartment can be found in the older part of Madrid containing many hallmarks of the Habsburg reign, and is located in front of the Royal Palace and the Jardines de Sabatini. Palacio Apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building, in front of the Senate, and is 55m2 in size. It comprises an entrance hall, a semi-kitchen/dining room (this space can be separated with sliding doors), a bedroom with built in wardrobes for 2 people and a bathroom. Capacity for up to 4 people.

Location:

The district of Palacio-Ópera is perhaps the most representative area of Madrid during the Habsburg reign. You will find a large number of historic buildings here, including the Royal Palace and the Opera House, the Catedral de la Almudena, the Plaza de Oriente, the Palacio de la Villa, the Senate and the Jardines de Sabatini, amongst others. The apartment is situated only 10mins from the museum triangle containing the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofía Museums. There is also excellent access to Gran Vía from Plaza de España

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be taken directly from your credit card by the owner within 24 hours after making the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee (not included in the final rate) Eur 40.00

Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out before the customers' arrival. The apartment must be surrendered in a reasonable state of cleanliness; otherwise, an amount equal to the daily cleaning fee for your apartment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 20:00 hrs to 2:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00. Check-in will finish at 2:00h.
