Apartment Princesa 13-23 is a luxury apartment located in the city centre Madrid, next to Plaza España. The apartments are completely decorated. Situaded in a building with private security and porter´s office 24 hours.

Located on the 2nd and 14th floor, very sunny with a lot of natural light. It has 60m2 with:

Living rom with 30m2, with TV, LCD plasma 32", DVD, HiFi and table with four chairs.

Sofa bed for 2 people 1,50 m.

American kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, vitroceramic, oven-microwave, coffe maker, toaster, ironing and cuttlery.

Double room double bed with bed linen included.

Cot available (upon request)

Complete bathroom with shower and towels.

WIFI Internet connection.

Nearest metro stations are: Ventura Rodriguez and Plaza España.

Location:
Located near Plaza España with the known buildings such as Torre de Madrid and Edificio de España. At 5 minutes walking from Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral. Next to Gran Via street and Puerta del Sol. In the same area you have a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and cinemas. There is a public parking very near from the building.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
• An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer, never check.
• Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them. You should make the pre-payment within 10 days once you have made your booking. If you fail this, the owner can cancel your booking.
• A Eur 150.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are check-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

• Check in: later than 18.00h extra charge Eur 30.00 ; after 20.00h any day and on Sundays and Bank Holidays all day, the apartment will charge Euro 50.00

• Check Out: Before than 08.30h any day and on Sundays and Bank holidays: Extra charge Euro 50.00.

• Stays longer than 7 days: Extra cost Euro 36.00 per week (cleanning fee per service)

• Baby cot: Euro 10.00 per stay
  

• Baggage Room: Upon availability and previous request to the apartment. From Monday to Friday (11.00h-19:00h) it will be open with a cost of 10.00 Eur
