The apartments are only 5 minutes walk from Cibeles or Puerta de Alcala, Madrid's major landmarks. The Apartment has: - Fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge and stoves
- Small living room with a TV set and air conditioning and cozy dinning hall next to it.
- Main room with a double bed and air conditioning and a second room with 2 bunk beds.
Location: - Nearest metro stations to Apartmento Retiro are Ibiza and Principe de Vergara.
- Next to Madrid's historic Retiro park, in a residential area with wide tree-lined streets.
- High-speed train to Córdoba or Seville from nearby Atocha Train Station.
- M30 ring-road ('ronda') is 5 minutes away by car.
Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due in cash on arrival. 150 Euros as a security deposit to cover any potential damages caused during his staying in the apartment may be paid in cash on arrival. Payment and Cancellation Policy:
