Apartamento Suanzes is ideally located a few minutes away from IFEMA, trade fair and exhibition center, this fabulous new built duplex offers functionality and comfort in business or tourism trips. Distributed in two levels apartamento Suanzes has a capacity for up to 3 people.

Apartamento Suanzes is distributed in carefully differentiated atmospheres, to make your stay in Madrid an enjoyable experience. It has a living area with a big sofa (convertible in an ample bed), armchairs and a desk. Next to all this, a fully furnished kitchen, with a dining table. The area in main level has a toilet and ample closets.

The dormitory area (for two people) is in the second floor (accessible by stairs). The room has a big closet, a writing-desk and an ample and modern bathroom.

This loft type apartment (80 m2), has areas with more than 5 meters high ceilings, and everything is illuminated with a large window (with electrical stores). It enjoys a small balcony facing to the gardens of the residential complex.It is decorated in a careful modern style, always looking to make the stay of the traveler a comfortable experience.

The building complex is a modern construction, with 24 hours security, video surveillance and private common green areas. The flat has available a parking space in the same building (not included in the price).

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival. A Eur 300.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee Eur 50.00 (besides in stays over 7 days, it will be compulsory at least one more cleaning).

Additional cost for arrivals or departures after 21:00 hrs to 7:00 hrs, sundays or bank holidays: Eur 30.00

Cancellation Policy:
- 10% of down payment if you cancel prior to 90 days to arrival date.
- 30% of down payment if you cancel between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% of down payment if you cancel between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 100% of down payment if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

In case of reservations totally paid, percentages will be based on whole amount. Any change in booking dates or change of apartment will be understood as a cancellation. As an exception following its own criteria, will allow to change the apartment, if the new one is not occupied in the days of booking.
