The apartment is decorated with bright colours and has a luminous bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with table and chairs and a comfortable sofa-bed where 2 guests can sleep, a complete bathroom and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. Or if you prefer, you can pay with credit card, but in this case, it has a 4% additional of commision. On your arrival, you will be asked for a authoritation for credit card collection signed. We will keep the authoritation during your stay and we will not charge anything if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment (7 days to check all is ok). Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the booking with more 30 days, you will be charged the first night´s accommodation cost.
If the client cancels the booking with less 30 days, you will be charged two night´s accommodation cost.
