Apartamento Mediodia Madrid Latina is a newly refurbished, 45 m2, modern apartment, 10-15 minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and other major sights such as the Cathedral and the famous Sunday flea market - the Rastro. 

Capacity: 2-4 guests.

The apartment offers one double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a mobile bed, fully-equipped kitchen and refurbished bathroom.

Location:
Apartamento Mediodia Madrid Latina is near the Latina metro station (50 metres) and the "Basílica de San Francisco" and is away from the street so is very quiet and peaceful.

Payment Policy:

 An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. A 150 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat. It will be deduct from this deposit the cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:Additional fee for arrivals after 20.00h : Eur. 30.00

Additional fee for arrivals after 00.00h: Eur. 50.00

Additional compulsory cleaning fee:
1 up to 4 pax: Eur 50.00 
5 to 9 pax: Eur 75.00
