Apartment Divino is a modern, recently renovated, private studio in Madrid's trendiest area, ideal for people. It is a couple of steps away from pleasant Dos de Mayo square, which is full of bars with outdoor tables and nestled between the districts of Malasaña and Chueca.

Apartment Divino is decorated with bright colours and has:

• A luminous bedroom with a double bed.
• A living/dining room with table and chairs.
• A comfortable sofa-bed where 2 guests can sleep.
• A complete bathroom.
• A modern, fully equipped kitchen.
• Air conditioning (for summer and winter).

Location:
The area is very well connected by public transport to the rest of the city, with Tribunal, Bilbao and San Bernardo stations a few metres away from the apartment.

Compulsory cleaning fee: € 40.

• Include the initial cleaning just prior to arrival. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of € 40 and includes a complete change of towels and sheets.

Additional cost late arrivals:
Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 - extra charge of 30.00 Eur
Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 - extra charge of 50.00 Eur

Additional cost early check out:
Check out between 07:00am and 09:00am - extra charge of 30.00 Eur

Payment Policy:
An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. Or if you prefer, you can pay with credit card, but in this case, it has a 4% additional of commision. On your arrival, you will be asked for a authoritation for credit card collection signed. We will keep the authoritation during your stay and we will not charge anything if there are no pending cleaning fees or any damages in the apartment (7 days to check all is ok).
