Apartment Keshav is situated in the centre of Madrid in Méndez Alvaro street, close to the Méndez Alvaro metro station. This lovely and silent 5th floor apartament with natural light is comprised of 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 single beds + 2 extra folding beds, huge living room with dinning, 2 complete bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Capacity up to 7 people.

This centrally air conditioned as well as centrally heating apartment all 3 bedrooms are with an enormous built-in wardrobe and bed side tables. The living room consists 2 huge sofas with 2 puffs, satellite TV, DVD player, fantastic CD cassette audio system, dinning table with 6 chairs. Modern kitchen is equipped with gas cooking, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, washing machine, coffe maker and utensils.

The building was constructed in 2003 and has a 12 hour concierge and a communal swimming pool during the summer months. Underground parking for two cars is also available which connected with elevator to the apartment, ideal for aged and disabled people. On the street level of the apartment building there is a 24 hour pharmacy, supermarket for daily needs and as well as 2 good restaurants.
