Apartment Latina II is a wonderful 120m2 duplex located in La Latina neighborhood. The luminosity of the apartment is spectacular. Latina II offers of a lounge-dining room with built-in kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a toilet and a small terrace from which you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sight of the dome of the known hermitage of San Isidro, patron saint of the city. Capacity for up to 7 people. Apartment Latina II has the following distribution: - Ground floor one finds the wide lounge - dining room with the built-in kitchen, a wide bedroom with an ancient high bed of forge gilded with headboard surrounded by two ancient bedside tables of wood with its small lamps. This bedroom has an independent complete bathroom.
- Top floor has two more rooms, one of them with two individual beds and a small terrace, with a privileged sight of the dome of San Isidro's Church. The other one, also very spacious, with two individual beds, bedside tables, and a third individual supplementary bed, ideal for the children. In this floor one finds the third complete bathroom, and an independent toilet
It is necessary to emphasize that even being in the full centre of Madrid, the Apartment La Latina I due to its location in the highest part of building, provides great calm, being able to enjoy the sound of the birds and wonderful late afternoons.

Latina II is located in the La Latina (in the very historical centre), three hundred meters away from Puerta del sol (our km 0). Two minutes walk from the emblematic Plaza mayor, meeting point for locals and visitors, as well as the stage of a multitude of artistic and popular events.
La Latina is close to "el Rastro", the most famous flea market in Spain, and next to the "cava alta" and "cava baja" streets, indispensable for tasting our authentic best meals and wines, tapas included. Simply the perfect location for top gastronomy. Besides this, the apartment is surrounded by most of the museums ,theatres, cinemas, all emblematic monuments -the royal palace is barely five minutes walking- and settings where it is possible to easily enjoy Madrid's rich culture.
Payment Policy: - An initial non-refundable 12% deposit is required to complete your booking.
- A Eur 200.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check out time, if no damage has been done in the flat.
- An additional non-refundable booking charge of 25% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner via bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in CASH on arrival. No credit cards accepted for balance on arrival.
Additional compulsory cleaning fee: 70.00 Eur Arrivals between 21:00h - 02:00h will have an additional fee: 30 Eur
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel more than 60 days in advance, you will be charged a 30% of the total amount
- If you cancel between 40 and 59 days prior your arrival date, you will be charged a 30% of the total amount
- If you cancel between 30 and 39 days prior your arrival date, you will be charged a 50% of the total amount
- 100% of down payment if you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date or in case of No-Show.
Amendments: Any amendments made 60 days or less prior to arrival will be taken as a new reservation and the cancellation policy will be applied.
