The Apartamento Estrella is a totally restored loft-style apartment, designed with a single, bright, open space, which can be divided into 2 independent spaces with attractive sliding doors. The restoration has been carried out so as to preserve the charm of the original building, by retaining details such as visible wooden beams in the ceilings.

The Apartamento Estrella is in the center of the city, located next to the "Plaza de Jacinto Benavente" and 5 minutes from the "Puerta del Sol" and near a number of bars, restaurants and places to go out, including original language cinemas. The city's main museums, the Plaza Mayor and the Palacio Real and all easily reached.

In summer, guests can use an exterior swimming pool located in a nearby building.

Apartment Estrella consists of:

• independent dormitory with double bed which can be separated from the living room by a sliding door.
• dressing area with ample closets.
• independent kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove and washing machine.
• dishes and cutlery for 4 people coffee machine, etc.
• totally new bathroom with bathtub-shower.
• living room and dining with table for 4 people, double sofa-bed, TV.
• towels and sheets for 4 people.
• weekly cleaning and change of sheets and towels.

Additional cost late arrivals: Arrivals after midnight - extra charge of Eur 30.00

You are required to pay a cash only security deposit of Eur 100.00 upon your arrival (for stays from 2 to 7 days), Eur 150.00 (for stays more than 1 week), Eur 200.00 (for stays more than 20 days). We will keep the deposit during your stay and it will be given back to you at your departure if there no pending cleaning fees or any damage in the apartment.
