Barquillo Attic is a luminous, spacious and luxurious duplex apartment with a large private terrace that can be used most of the year thanks to its retractile cover. This classy apartment will captivate you with its good taste, amplitude and the feeling that every detail has been carefully chosen. 

This exclusive duplex Barquillo Attic apartment has been recently revamped and furnished with a contemporary style. It is over 100m2 in size and it has capacity for up to 6 adults (with one double bed and two double sofa beds). 

Barquillo Attic is arranged on two floors. The top floor layout consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, a full size bathroom and a large private terrace overlooking old Madrid. The terrace has a dining table for 6 and it can be used all year round, thanks to its covering, which protects it from sun or rain. The base floor is arranged in an open floor layout and it has four large balconies overlooking a private patio. The base floor accommodations include: a large living room (with two double sofa beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a dining area.

Location:

Barquillo Attic is situated in one of the busiest streets in the fashionable Chueca district. It is a very central location only minutes away from two main subway stations: Chueca and Alonso Martínez. This neighborhood is a reference of design and vanguard in the historic centre of Madrid. A very safe area and a privileged location close to the famous Gran Vía and most of the cultural and tourist sights of Madrid: Paseo del Prado, Cibeles Square, Puerta del Sol, Prado Museum... The Chueca district is known for its unique boutiques and stores offering the very latest fashion trends. It also boasts some of the trendiest restaurants and liveliest Madrid nightclubs.

Payment Policy:

A 10% reservation deposit will be charged to your credit card once the reservation is made. This amount is non refundable. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival by cash or by credit card (in this case, there will be an additional 4% commission). The establishment will also require a 100 EURO security deposit, which will be returned on check-out day, after an assessment of the apartment.
