The Studio Principe occupies the 4th floor of a newly refurbished building. It is situated in one of the best areas in Madrid, right in the city centre, next to the well known 'Plaza de Santa Ana' and just 2 minutes from Puerta del Sol.

The studio is divided into 2 main areas. The kitchen/dining-room area is fully-equipped and has a dining table with 4 chairs. The bedroom/lounge area has 1 double bed, bedside table with drawers, large cupboard, sofa-bed, coffee-table and TV with remote control. This is a spacious studio, ideal for 2 people but with a maximum capacity for 4 people. The windows have shutters which may be closed at night.

Payment Policy: Deposit and booking fee are NON-refundable. The outstanding balance is due on arrival on cash or by credit card (if you pay with credit card you will be charged an additional 3% more).

Should be made AT LEAST ONE (1) MONTH before your expected arrival time. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost. Partial cancellations 7 days or less before the arrival time will incur 1 night's cost for every 3 days cancelled.
