Welcome to our Plaza Mayor accommodation collection. Our apartments are on the 4th and 5th floors nestled right inside Plaza Mayor with balconies in the sunniest corner of this historic Madrid. The building dates back to 1617, made by Juan Gomez de la Mora, Royal architect of king Felipe III, during the same period when Velazquez made Las Meninas, beginning of the Baroque Style with Italian influence in Spain. Whilst retaining their old world character and high ceilings our spacious 1 bedroom apartments enjoy the most modern of facilities.

The apartments are located in one of the most exciting locations of Madrid and have a very funky and abstract designers touch creating a very modern and open plan living experience, all hidden beside the beautiful red facade of Plaza Mayor. The refurbishments of these apartments have ensured that, in each one, guests will enjoy a kingsize master bedroom with plaza views, and, when necessary, a queensize sofa bed in the living room and an extra single bed.

It comfortably sleeps up to 5 people.

Apartment:

There is plenty of wardrobe space and a bathroom with a separate shower, bath and toilet rooms as well as double basins. The rooms are naturally light-filled and the terrace windows are double-glazed for silence during those lazy sleep-ins.

The Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals and there is also wireless internet (on request), an elevator, central heating and air-conditioning.

Both holiday and business guests are assured a warm welcome and a pleasant stay at our apartments. This Madrid Apartment will locate you in the most exciting area of the city, right inside Plaza Mayor, just 2 minutes walk from many main attractions of Madrid like Puerta del Sol, Plaza Santa Ana, Teatro Real, the shopping area around Gran Via and the tapas bars and nightlife of La Latina!

IMPORTANT:

The price includes 7% VAT, bed linen and towels. This accommodation is family-orientated so no stag or hen parties are allowed. They are also non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy:

An initial 15% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. A credit card is required by the owner at check-in time as a guarantee in case any damage has been done in the flat.

There is an extra 65 Eur cleaning fee payable extra to the total rental balance on arrival.

All check-ins later than 11pm will incur an extra ‘late check-in fee’ of 15Eur. 

All check-ins later than 24:00 will incur an extra ‘late check-in fee’ of 30Eur.

You must pay the full rental balance in CASH ONLY on arrival.

IMPORTANT: No stag or hen parties are allowed nor extra guests.
