The Plaza Mayor Penthouse-Terrace is a two-level penthouse (a duplex) a nice roof top to the Plaza Mayor. (3 levels total including the rooftop terrace)

Plaza Mayor Penthouse-Terrace has other two balconies with wonderful and different views, one in the main bedroom, also to the Plaza Mayor and other one in the kitchen overlooking the beautiful back streets, and where you can see, as well as from the rooftop, some very beautiful sunsets.

The house has 82 meters interior on two levels and 28 meters of roof terrace.

The capacity is for 6 people and has:

On the first floor:
A Beautiful double room (queen size bed) with a private balcony overlooking Plaza Mayor and decorated with lots of lights details.

A comfortable lounge with two couches / beds, with a plasma TV and a DVD and a beautiful fireplace (decorative only).

A full kitchen with a small table for breakfast and fully equipped with a large refrigerator, ceramic hob, range hood, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, water heater (kettle), coffee maker, toaster, blender.

A bathroom with bath and double shower (in the same space) and with an original stone sink. The bathroom has a window as like in the kitchen you can see the back streets and where you can also see beautiful views.

A dining room between the kitchen and living room with a large table and six chairs, where are the stairs going up the second floor.

On the second floor:
An open space converted into a double room with columns and beams of wood, very cozy. This room also has a double bed and a cot for babies. It also has a nice view over the city of Madrid and its sunset. (Please indicate that this room does not have complete privacy)

On the third floor:
The lovely rooftop terrace decorated with plants and a table and four chairs where you can have breakfast, lunch, an afternoon tea or dinner outdoors, with incredible views of the Plaza Mayor and to a big part of Madrid.

The whole house is equipped with beautiful and curious details in its decoration and upgraded materials and antiques such as doors, flooring, faucets, lighting, hardwood furniture, decorative objects and antiques, etc ...

The Plaza Mayor Terrace penthouse is situated in the heart of Madrid, in the Plaza Mayor, one of the most important sights of the city for its architecture and history.

Founding next to all major tourist spots in Madrid you can move almost without using any kind of transportation.

Special Notes:

• Additional cleaning fee not included in the final rate: € 40.00 
• Cash payment of the entire stay upon receiving the keys.
• A guarantee deposit € 200 in cash (this amount can be used to compensate the owner for any damage done in the apartment furniture during your stay). This amount will be returned to you the last day of your stay.
  
• Minimum stays: 2 nights
  
• Please, bear in mind you will have to PAY the entire stay IN CASH ON ARRIVAL.
• Check in is between 15h to 21h (Sometimes it can be earlier if there aren't other customers leaving that day. Ask the apartment manager about it)
